Cancellation Policy
The information below is provided for clarity and transparency Booking Terms – Special Giving Session Reprogram Your Mind Hypnosis Los Angeles, California Effective as of: December 9, 2025 1. Nature of the Service Hypnosis sessions offered through Reprogram Your Mind Hypnosis are non-medical, non-psychiatric wellness services provided online via Zoom. They are intended to support personal development and emotional well-being and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. 2. Client Responsibility By booking a session, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your well-being before, during, and after the session. 3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your session time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe specified at booking. Even when a session is offered on a Pay What You Can or Special Giving basis, the time reserved is real and meaningful. For this reason, late cancellations or no-shows remain subject to the applicable fee selected at booking. 4. Special Giving Contribution This session is offered as a Special Giving Session, meaning that all or part of the session contribution is donated to the specified charitable cause described on the service page. By booking this session, you acknowledge that: - the contribution is made with the intention of giving, - donations are non-refundable, - the session itself is provided as part of this giving initiative. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and conducted in a respectful, safe, and professional manner. 6. Full Terms & Informed Consent Full Terms & Conditions and informed consent are reviewed and signed as part of the intake process prior to the session. 7. Acceptance of Booking Terms By booking this session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms.
